• All invoices are due for payment by the 20th of the month following the invoice date.

• Alfie’s Plant Barn reserves the right to suspend or cancel trade accounts if payments fall outside agreed terms.

RETENTION OF TITLE

Goods supplied remain the property of Alfie’s Plant Barn until payment has been received in full.
